Dispatch and Timing

We aim to dispatch most orders on the same business day to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. If an order is placed after our daily courier pickup, it will be dispatched on the following business day. While we offer free shipping on the majority of our smaller items, larger or bulkier items may incur additional costs. To see an accurate shipping estimate for these larger items, please input your delivery address at checkout.

Our Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable delivery across Australia, we partner with established couriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, and Hunter Express. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is under the sole care of the carrier. While we are here to support you, please note that we do not have direct control over transit times or the specific handling of your delivery once it is in the courier's network.

Address Accuracy and Redirections

It is essential that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Because our systems are automated, we are often unable to redirect a parcel or update details once it has left our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address, so please double-check your information before finalizing your order.

Security and Missed Deliveries

For the safety and security of your purchase, most high-value parcels are sent with a "Signature Required" service. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will typically take the parcel to a nearby pickup location or depot for collection. In these cases, you will need to contact the courier directly to organize a redelivery or to confirm the specific location for your collection.
